Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His red hair is braided into rings. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Brogg lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Glassblower. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His eyes are likewise red.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Nykkan's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized violet coat. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his small violet hat.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Naal hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Naal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and revenge

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Windy is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and regain custody of her son

Personality: He is fixated on the number 14. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Mindartis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Fortune-teller, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Painter for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to settle down with his crush

Description: This southern woman usually wears her black robe and has her dagger always slung over her shoulder. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her black hair is greasy and uncared for. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Gynk is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Gynk was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is a great chef.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sark fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
