History: Born to a Soapmaker, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Carrie and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Spear was born on a far eastern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Navigator. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A gifted student he started as a Banker, but he got bored and became a Spice Merchant. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
