History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Quelenna was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Mantus was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Mantus's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His first spouse was a Merchant, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Tippletoe lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Blacksmith. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Kiirith enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and further expansion of business

Description: 4'7" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her grey robe. Personality: She hates giants. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born in a small forest village. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Ronobe was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and she would like to get married and retire

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Zagga was born on a far northern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Cartwright. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult.
