Description: This man wears a white coat over a green low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon his head, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His head has been shaved. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ûggû was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ûggû decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Sailor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Junk Dealer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Shoemaker, and she later adopted a second daughter.
