Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bellfounder but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Revenge.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Kriv was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has worked as a Server like his father before him.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Therai was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Therai decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His first spouse was a Courier, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Vani was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Vani reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Scribe.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
