Description: 4'5" and muscular, this western man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. He has moderate length chestnut hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Rangrim was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. After a long history of fighting, Rangrim and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: This northern woman wears dark leathers with embroidery. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Tagga wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Tagga was born with her father's beautiful face. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Her crest is cut close to her head. Her gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered
History: Mijira lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
Motivation: To unite with her brother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. She wears a deerstalker hat to hide her balding. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. Her crest, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. A true patriot, Uadjit would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Junk Dealer.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and many goblins want her driven away

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'5". She has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her hair is blue and curly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vepar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vepar. After months of barely getting by, Vepar managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: Mozikth was born the youngest of three triplets. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Rosalind was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Mary hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Mary was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.
