History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. He's also a talented Blacksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. A gifted student she started as a Priest, but she got bored and became a Bookbinder. She has worked as a Bookbinder like her father before her.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She takes great joy in being the best Sailor in town.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

History: He was born in the north. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and human compassion

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and revenge
