Description: She wears a worn and beaten armor, and she perpetually has her longbow ready. She wears a broad hat to cover her moderate length black hair. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: Althaea was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. His golden hair is heavily combed to the right. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He bought a monstrous two handed axe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and retire the richest man in the north

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His family was turned out during the war. Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She tends to her Priest job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
