Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'9" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Rose was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Adventurer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Being a Merchant kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Born to a Sage, his father struggled to pay the bills. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Patrick took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up rapier and armor he uses now. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, and is pretty ugly. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are black and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a trident on his belt. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. He has black eyes and a green hat with a white feather.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Born in the south to a Server, Cressel learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Cressel was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Cressel's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His crest is blue and curly. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: She is mildly Gnome supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Tordek was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Gardener, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He wears a tan vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his tan boots flare out at the collars. He carries a battered nunchaku and tarnished ceremonial dagger as well. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Delebean's homeland. Delebean decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he desires power and/or immortality
