Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a black coat with blue slacks. He has black hair. His skin is flawless and his red eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Paymon lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: She very much looks the part of a Armorer. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. She wears her blonde hair down. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Armorer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Armorer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: He wears silk and lounges about seductively. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His blonde hair is still thick. He has gray eyes and a white hat with a black feather.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Fargas took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He is greedy; and money/treasure

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He became a Mayor soon after.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. A gifted student she started as a Scribe, but she got bored and became a Sailor. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Description: 2'11" and muscular, this northern woman sports red clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Sporting a blonde mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her blue eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Paela hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Paela took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up halberd and armor she uses now. She bought a halberd and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He is a Shepherd first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has worked as a Shepherd like his mother before him.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears an entirely blue suit with red socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. He has blue eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Paggen embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born in the east. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
