History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His first spouse was a Sellsword, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Syllin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She now owns her own business.
