History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Anselm liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Sage born in the past three hundred years. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. He's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sage responsibilities is difficult; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He is a Slaad in disguise. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Thava lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

He is bald on top and has large chestnut tufts of hair around his ears. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. She tends to her Laborer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: He got into the Shipwright business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Herbalist, but he got bored and became a Shipwright. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shipwright for the past few years.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Shifting will drive conversation. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.
