Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Nelkin hails from a village terrorized by goblins. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and further expansion of business

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is obsessed with her god.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Cecily was born with her mother's beautiful face. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Cecily took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up trident and armor she uses now. Being a Painter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Hecat is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Gifted from a young age, Hecat studied abroad. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
