Description: He wears a yellow vest and prefers white and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'10" when asserting himself. His red hair is singed and shortened. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Aerdeth was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sculptor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sculptor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new sculptor responsibilities is difficult

Description: This man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on his right hand. His silver hair is knotted and matted. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He is greedy; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: Kallista was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She tends to her Assassin job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.
