History: Nelkin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Layabout. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a beggar again

His fur is cinnamon, silky, and of moderate length. His yellow eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Flame was born the youngest of three triplets. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Masseuse. He has achieved small success as a Masseuse.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: This malnourished woman wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Her brown hair is still thick. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A true patriot, Volen would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Volen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is her passion; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Navigator. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Navigator for the past few years.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Zâthra was born with his father's beautiful face. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zâthra fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Through the years after Right-Handed was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Right-Handed's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
