Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Kiirith was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered orcs who tried to eat his hand. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Himo never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Personality: Ronwe is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Spice Merchant for the past few years.

Motivation: Human compassion; and to be a fortune-teller again

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Varis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Varis abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.
