History: The child of a Scribe, who enjoyed hunting, Aline was taken on many hunting expeditions. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Ida lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Ida has worked very hard to control her curse. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Painter mother left her crippled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He comes from a rich western family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Stableman for hire.
