History: She was born in the east. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now owns her own business.

She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She became a Ruler soon after.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
