To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kyle. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Tippletoe hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Chay took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bow and armor he uses now. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Slave Trader who has hired her part-time. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Seamstress. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Two Llamas's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She became a Soapmaker soon after.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She got into the Bounty Hunter business at a young age. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Bounty Hunter. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bounty Hunter for the past few years.

History: Reeza was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At some point she was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Reeza was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
