History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He bought a bastard sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Navigator father left her crippled. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple tan line shooting up and back down. His black fur is heavily combed to the left. He has a dull look in his copper eyes.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Spear abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Marigold was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Marigold fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'3" when asserting himself. His red hair is singed and shortened. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Wymar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
