She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Cask hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Cask was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Animal Trainer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
