History: Huru was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: Burto lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her childhood dream was to be a Bounty Hunter, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind.
