History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adelaide grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adelaide. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He worked as a nervous Armorer and found it very stressful. He tends to his Armorer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
