History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Alain was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Duergath was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a rapier and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Gifted from a young age, Xappan studied abroad. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Xappan was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by unlife.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His childhood dream was to be a Barkeep, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
