Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: She got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Shoemaker responsibilities is difficult.

Description: She wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Finellen was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has green eyes and a white hat with a grey feather.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Golm is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Golm was born the youngest of three triplets. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tabaxis.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and wants to raise her children well
