History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Kelter has worked very hard to control his curse. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Valorean grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Valorean. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
