History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Phelaia was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Phelaia decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. History: The child of a Stylist, who enjoyed hunting, Silvo was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Being a Carter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
