History: Born in the east to a Soapmaker, Mardred learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the east were limited. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Avice embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She tends to her Stylist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Born to a Bellfounder, her father struggled to pay the bills. Cask was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Cartwright. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Faral was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Faral's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Oriel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Oriel. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Arha liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 10 years.

History: Nella was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and to reunite with her absent father
