This search led him directly into Mercenary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mercenary work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Unvera was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Assassin business.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

History: She got into the Navigator business at a young age. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Navigator and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born in the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end her boredom

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a great chef.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he's looking for his big break
