Description: This man stands a little under 4'11" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He wears a colorful flower in his white hair. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Thomas learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: She is a husky woman, who is dressed in earthy colors with a green and yellow handkerchief worn on her left side. She has wavy red crest. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Sora was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Sora decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

She wears a grey tunic with brown highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her hair is silver and very short. Her violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: She was raised in a island tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to prove her worth to the world

She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To end her boredom.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Gifted from a young age, Joser studied abroad. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: He is a husky man, who is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Shepherd. His blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: She dresses like a well dressed Fisher does. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly clubs and axes. Her auburn hair, when down, is lengthy. Her green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Waywocket wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is obsessed with her god.
History: Waywocket lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Waywocket grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Waywocket. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 10 years.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and to be a adventurer again

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears dull black sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed whip, just in case, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. The war was a terrible time for him, and Zephan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Zephan was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle
