History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Keyleth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Keyleth. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Many goblins want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
