History: Heward was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

The war was a terrible time for him, and Paelias does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Gifted from a young age, Paelias studied abroad. When Paelias reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions.
