Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: John was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with yellow lining and desert motifs. He wears his white hair up. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Beiro liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His crest, while still mostly gold, has prominent grey streaks. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Nithther hails from a village terrorized by goblins. At a young age his mother died while driving off some goblins. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in sword use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Nithther was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Soapmaker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nithther was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, tan shirt, and blue tie. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Prâk is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. A freak accident while working with his Herbalist father left him crippled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to unite with his sister

History: Born in the north to a Spy, Zaffrab learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He now owns his own business.
