History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and he would like to get married and retire
