Description: This exceptionally lanky man typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor. He has dyed his greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His eyes are amber and catlike.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He got into the Interpreter business at a young age. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Duergath took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up crossbow and armor he uses now. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and balancing his hectic life and new interpreter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Gifted from a young age, Leucis studied abroad. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Leucis and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Tatyan was born with her mother's beautiful face. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Sun and his spouse have recently divorced.
