History: He got into the Laborer business at a young age. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Oloric was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He struck the Laborer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new laborer responsibilities is difficult

She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Arava lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Interpreter. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
