Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Gillyd was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is her passion; and she desires power and/or immortality

Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her hair is black, silky, and of moderate length. She has hazel eyes and a grey hat with a green feather.
Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Oriel was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Oriel's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Sporting a chestnut mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her ears are large.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: She was born into a rich family. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and money/treasure

Description: 2'10" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Stannor grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Stannor grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Stannor. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and seeks redemption

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Orryn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he desires power and/or immortality

His grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars, and he perpetually has his longsword ready. He sports a flattop fur cut. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed brown hat.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Farmer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Farmer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Spear was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many green ritualistic tattoos. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Born to a Hunter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When Nim reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
