Description: An older woman who is wearing a long, brown cloak, she is not a threatening figure. She has no fur. Her eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She invites people to come help in her community garden.
History: River hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Detective work with an outfit from a few towns over. Detective work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: This northern man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His clothes are grease stained in places. His red hair is thinning but still full. His gold unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to reunite with his old friends

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: She dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her hair is red and curly. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Spice Merchant business.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Sannl took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up scythe and armor she uses now. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Her yellow fur is braided into rings. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.
