Description: This younger middle-aged man wears many layers of old clothing at all times, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He keeps his long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep black.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: She has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her blue robe, and she perpetually has her mace ready. Her small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her eyes are violet and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Thea was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Thea decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Sellsword for hire.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Mordai abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: Falkrunn is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Ur-Masi has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
