Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She tends to her Dyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

When Pennie reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel.
