Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gurdis embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She comes from a rich western family. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears just a white suit. His head has been shaved. His hazel eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He got into the Bowyer business at a young age. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She dresses like a well dressed Miner does. She keeps her long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: This woman loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. Seraphina is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Seraphina took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up falchion and armor she uses now. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miner.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Gifted from a young age, Leshanna studied abroad. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Leshanna fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Sculptor. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her music with anyone who is interested.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has never given up on her music dream.
