His father taught him the rudiments of the Sage arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Blacksmith they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Shepherd, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother').
