Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Krûk is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Born to a Scribe, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Healer, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gell was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Henry is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: 4'10" and muscular, this southern man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He has a very tight haircut. He is baby faced.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Thervan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Hunter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: She is a Lamia in disguise. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break.
