Alston was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
