History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Malquis lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Miller, and she later adopted a second son.

History: Erky hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
