Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a white coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born in the south to a Scribe, Altho learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He comes from a rich western family. A gifted student he started as a Miner, but he got bored and became a Actor. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. The war was a terrible time for her, and Seere does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She's also a talented Weaver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Hugh wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Fax speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He takes great joy in being the best Performer in town.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Performer job and began his own company from there.

She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Myev is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Myev was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
