The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Mantus lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by drow. A freak accident while working with his Painter mother left him crippled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has worked as a Jeweler like her father before her.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a Carter, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Banker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
