Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Mantus was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Mantus's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Balam was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. Personality: He is happy with his job as a Masseuse. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He worked as a nervous Tanner and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Tanner for hire.
