History: Harriet was born the youngest of three triplets. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Anthony lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to raise his children well

History: He was born in a small desert village. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He has worked as a Ploughman like his mother before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ploughman responsibilities is difficult; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit men.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Personality: She is a Layabout first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She got into the Layabout business at a young age. In her youth she was a Mason, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She's also a talented Mason, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
