Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, she wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a sword on her belt. Her blonde hair is knotted and matted. Her half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Avelina was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Avelina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Laborer and was forced into it by her family; and she feels threatened by others

Description: He wears a grey coat over a pastel low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head. He carries a battered glaive and tarnished ceremonial dagger as well. His tied-back hair is blonde. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Elaim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a blue tunic with black highlights, and long brown pants that bunch up around his shoes. His brown hair and beard is wavy and long. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. The war was a terrible time for him, and Mindartis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He got into the Bounty Hunter business at a young age. When Mindartis reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Gnomish compassion; and further expansion of business

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Description: He is scrawny and has patchy brown stubble. He is dressed in earthy colors with a red and tan handkerchief worn on his left side. He has a hunchback. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ombul will drive conversation. A true patriot, Ombul would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: The child of a Doctor, who enjoyed hunting, Ombul was taken on many hunting expeditions. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her red hair is wavy and long. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Tailor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: Tricking is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.
